A Little Dash of Joy

I finally got a chance to play around with some of the fun new products from the Holiday Mini Catalog.  The Circle Thin-lit flip card isn't new, but the Snowflake Thin-lit die comes with some great little accessory dies, including the tree and the script joy that I used on this card.

As I'm writing this, I'm realizing that my greens don't match!  The DSP uses Pear Pizazz, and that would show up a little better than the Pistachio Pudding I accidentally used on the greeting.  It would really be helpful to stamp in the natural light of day, but most stampers I know don't even crack open the 'wrong' stamp pad until well after dark!

These flip cards are really fun to make and all the dies that come with the set give you a lot of different options for embellishment.  Next week, I'll show you a snowflake flip card with a similar layout.
