2014-15 Stampin' Up! catalog sneak peek: Quintessential baby card

I made this card several ways. I added a big sentiment. I added a stamped circle around the die-cut. In the end, I tossed out all those ideas and went with the design I'd had in my head ever since I saw the consultant sneak peek: plain and simple.

This is your go-to baby card for next year. Classy, modern, and chic (or duckling). This new framelit set is EVERYTHING you need for babies. I love, love, love it already, and I think you will, too.

Imagine a tag made the same way. Gah, the cute!

Ingredients

Paper

  • Daffodil Delight base
  • Whisper White cut to 4" x 5 1/4"

Ink

  • None
Stamp sets

  • None

Accessories:

  • Baby's First framelits (available June 1, 2014)
  • Dimensionals

PS: About last week.

I went to the beach with girlfriends. I had made and photographed a card. On my camera. Which I didn't take with me. I woke up Saturday morning in a state of bliss, immediately followed by a moment that was less blissful and included a word that was not appropriate for a family blog when I realized I had skipped blogging. SKIPPED. I'll show you that card soon. It was cute. But it did not have a ducky on it. :-) In happy news, the girlfriends and I had a LOVELY time.
