Simply Sketched

This was a quick card that I used in a stamp-a-stack recently.  It's a great layout that could work well with several different stamp sets.  The Simply Sketched stamp set is a hostess set from the main catalog.  (Ask your favorite demonstrator about hosting a workshop, lots of free goodies during Sale-A-Bration, and you could pick this stamp set with your hostess dollars!)

I love when a set has beautiful images and a useful greeting with a lovely font.  It makes creating a card even easier.  I used some retired Designer Series Paper, but I think the Watercolor Wonder from the mini catalog would be great for this stamp set and layout.  I like a little bit of coloring, too.  I used my blender pen to shade the little bird and used a Pear Pizzaz marker to give a little more color to the grass.
