I try to have a little open house/customer appreciation type event every year around the holidays. This year, everyone wanted to do a card swap, so this was my contribution. This card has a lot of retired elements to it, but that doesn't mean you couldn't easily swap out the sticker strips from a Simply Scrappin' set with washi tape, or even small strips of Designer Series Paper. The same goes for the stamp set, any coordinating images could be substituted in place of the balloons or presents used here.
I really love the Circles Thinlit Die, that's what was used to give this card it's 'movement'. You cut your card stock to 8 1/2 by 5 1/2, just like you would for a regular card base, and run it through the Big Shot. All the folds and cuts are done for you, you just have to add the embellishments. The 2 1/2" circle punch fits right onto the cicle cut out, making it so easy to add a stamped image, and a little space for a personal greeting.
