2014 Mini catalog sneak peek: Banners framelits

My top pick from the upcoming mini-catalog: The banner framelits dies. You can make beautifully matted banners in all kinds of sizes without having to fuss over getting the angles right on the end.

For this hybrid card, I created a sentiment in My Digital Studio and then printed out 8 on one sheet of white cardstock. MDS let me match the ink colors to my DSP, so it was easy to lay out the rest of the card.

I added a little snippet of glimmer paper just because :-). The pictures above show some of the variations I made by flipping the patterned paper or by moving the glimmer. This one is my favorite:

I wish you joy -- and good stamping! -- in 2014.

Paper and card:
  • Island Indigo base
  • Winter Frost DSP stack, cut to 5 1/4" x 4"
  • Whisper White for printing the sentiment
  • Scraps of Island Indigo for the pennant
Stamp sets:
  • None! My Digital Studio used for the sentiment.
  • Banners Framelits (available Jan 3)
  • Banner punch (available as a Sale-a-Bration item)
  • Dimensionals
  • Itty Bitty Shapes punch
