Happy big day bottle hanger

Earlier this summer, I made a simple card that used the Chalk Talk set. After it sat on my desk for a while, I decided that it really needed a rosette.

When I was wrapping up my gift for my friend's stock the bar party I came back to that idea. Bottles aren't easy to wrap, so I stuck with some tulle, a ribbon, and a cute bottle tag. I have a die that cuts these in my stash, but you could easily use a rectangle of card stock and a circle punch. On top, the rosette and die-cut tag. Easy! If I'd had the die for the rosette, of course, it would have been even easier ... but they aren't SO hard to cut by hand.

Paper and card:
  • Basic black, cut to 7" by 2 1/2"
  • Modern Medley DSP
  • Brights DSP in Melon Mambo cut to 1 1/2" x 11" and scored every 1/4"
  • Vanilla scrap for the label
Stamp set:

  • Chalk Talk
  • Basic Black

  • Chalk Talk framelits
  • Magnetic platform
  • Dimensionals
  • Ribbon (this is a piece that I recycled from a gift someone gave me. I'm a ribbon-hoarder.)
