Every year, I spend happy weekends making holiday cards. Because I make more than 100, and I don't make more than a handful of any one design, I typically start crafting in July or August. I post occasional ticker messages on my social sites ("50/120!") so my friends can cheer me on.
This year, a travel- and work-heavy summer kept me away from winter card making. But I'm back to it now, and happy to share with you number 1 in my series for 2013!
While I was making this card, I was reminded of the ONE THING I couldn't craft without. Want to know what that is? DIMENSIONALS. I could make cards without ink, without glitter, without ribbon. I'm not so sure I could last a day without popping something up. I've never found another brand that is just so very perfectly sized as these, and I go through them like crazy. (And yes, I do use the edge pieces too. Are you kidding?)
What's the one thing you couldn't do without?
- Warmth and Wonder (hostess)
Paper and card:
- Bermuda Bay card base
- Winter Frost DSP stack
- Whisper White
- Smoky Slate (looks like silver on the DSP, but no, it's slate!)
- Pool Party
