Dahlia Delight

There is nothing more beautiful than a garden full of summer flowers, but you can sure come close with one of the stamp sets from the new 2013-2014 Stampin'UP! catalog.  (Call your demonstrator right now if you don't have your hands on one yet, then turn to page 91.  Regarding Dahlias is a beauty, and I had a chance to play with it the other night.

I stamped the image once in the corner and again on a separate sheet of white card stock so I could cut it out and stick it on with some dimensionals.  I got my layout from page 90 in the same amazing catalog.  (You have yours by now, right?!?)

  • Crumb Cake card base
  • Whisper White card stock cut to 5 1/4" by 4"
  • Regarding Dahlias Stampin'UP! stamp set
  • Crisp Cantaloupe ink pad
  • Versa Mark ink pad and White embossing powder
  • Heat tool
  • New In-Color Designer Series Paper stack, Crisp Canteloupe cut to 7/8" by 2 3/4"
  • Decorative Label punch ( just a small portion in Crumb Cake to give a little extra something to my banner)
  • Linen Thread
