Autumn Accent

I got the new Autumn Accents Bigz Die for my Big Shot, and had to use it for my post today.   I thought I'd try some sponging and masking with my leaves to make a simple fall card.  You could add any greeting, or none at all.  The falling leaves made me think of a children's book I've read to my daughters.  A little boy waits and waits to catch the last leaf to fall from his oak tree so he can make a wish on it.  Don't you just love the fall?

  • Crumb Cake card base
  • Soft Suede card stock cut to 4" by 5 1/4"
  • Whisper White card stock cut to 3 1/2" by 4 3/4"
  • Autumn Accents Bigz Die
  • Sweet Essentials Stamp Set\
  • Chocolate Chip ink for greeting
  • Pumpkin Pie, So Saffron, Chocolate Chip, and Calypso Coral ink pads used for sponging
Baker's Tip:
Use the cut part of your card stock as a stencil for sponging, and then use the cut out leaves to mask.
