One Sheet Wonder = Lots of Quick Cards

Need to create a number of quick and easy cards?  Try the One Sheet Wonder technique - randomly stamp all over a sheet of card stock using different colors.  Cut stamped card stock in different lengths and apply to card stock layers and card bases.  Add ribbon and embellishments if desired.  Now you have a lot of quick and easy cards to send out to friends and family.

Directions: Choose a stamp set that has at least 3 or 4 interesting images that can be used over and over again.  Choose colors that will compliment each other.  Using the different stamps in the set, randomly stamp all over the card stock in different colors.  Looks like this:

Then the sheet of card stock needs to be cut so that you can get a minimum of 4 cards to a maximum of 8 or 10 cards from the one sheet.  Here are the measurements for cutting one sheet of card stock like I did to create 8 cards:
cut 1 - 2 1/2" x 3"
cut 1 - 3" x 3"

cut 1 - 1 1/2" x 5 1/2"
cut 2 - 2? x 5 1/2"
cut 1 - 2 1/2" x 5 1/2"
cut 2 - 3" x 5 1/2"
Here's what 8 layers cut from one sheet of card stock looks like.

You can try other combinations as well.  These measurements gave me plenty to work with as background layers (similar to DSP) or layers on the cards.  Play around with the different images and cut the card stock different ways to get the most from your One Sheet Wonder.

Try out this simple way to create a lot of cards in a hurry.  Leave a comment to let me know what stamp sets you decide to use with this One Sheet Wonder technique.
