Angry Bird Birthday Card

I needed a quick card for a kid's birthday party this weekend.  Luckily, the popular theme for kid's birthday parties right now is Angry Birds which made it easy for me.  I whipped up this card in about 10 minutes with the kids.  So when you're in need of a quick kid's birthday card, pull out some card stock, punches and get started.

What you need to start with...

See the pictures below for easy instructions to follow:
Real Red 3 1/2" Circle cut with 3 1/2" Circle Big Shot die & cut a piece out with 2 1/2" Circle punch
A half piece of Crumb Cake 3 1/2" Circle attached to back of Real Red circle

Add Real Red Heart to back of Real Red circle
Add 2 - Whisper White 1" Circle punch pieces for eyes

Add 2 - Basic Black 1/2" Circle punch pieces for inside of eyes
2 - Basic Black Modern Label punch pieces; Cut off one side of each

Glue 2 pieces together into a "V" shape

Almost complete Angry Bird face
2 - Daffodil Delight pieces punched out of 1 1/4" Square & 1" Square punches; Sponge with Tangerine Tango to create beak

Card base embossed using Woodgrain Embossing Folder to give some texture to the card and give some of that wood feel like the Angry Birds game
Add stamped greeting and Angry Bird to embossed card base.  Now you have a completed birthday card in no time at all!

Love it Alicia! I have only seen little Angry Birds, which seem more difficult to piece together.
